Lucky 7 Time Management Tips

If you’re feeling a bit crazed and overwhelmed already, here are some time-management tips I’ve found useful. Feel free to add others that work for you!
- Evaluate how you’re spending your time.
- Set priorities - identify what has the most impact on your #1 audience and do those things above all else.
- Make a to-do list and use it.
- If you have work that you need to get done, schedule time on your calendar. This also gives you more control over how you spend your time.
- Turn off your email alert - I found myself looking everytime that I heard that little “ding” and it distracted me from what I was doing. Now, I focus on my work and check my email periodically. Working from email is crazy!
- Allow time for yourself - exercise, reading, visitng with friends and family, whatever you enjoy.
- When you’re feeing stressed, consider talking it out. Ask a friend to just listen. If you want help, ask for it.
